The SRS Engineering team developed a stamped design for stem wall crack repair. The design utilizes the strength of the commercial grade SRS-660BI Carbon Fiber and is available to all SRS contractors and engineers in their respective states.
The SRS-660BI heavy weight bidirectional fabric is saturated and structurally bonded to the foundation using the SRS-1000 Structural Epoxy Adhesive to form a composite strengthening system. The carbon fiber reinforced polymer provides over per sq/ft of confinement strength, reinstating capacity to the structure.
Having been utilized extensively for this application, the accompanied stamped design has helped contractors with obtaining permits along with satisfying homeowners and/or inspections on cracked stem wall projects.
