Retaining Wall Reinforcement with Carbon Fiber – Woodland Hills, CA

During site preparation for a residential real estate transaction in Woodland Hills, CA, significant cracking, soil erosion, and structural deficiencies were discovered in an existing CMU retaining wall. Additional deterioration was uncovered once vegetation and soil were removed. Structural Reinforcement Solutions updated the repair plan to include a reinforced CFRP layout and the installation of a new footing for long-term stability. Vertical and horizontal SRS-600UNI straps were applied for structural strengthening, supplemented with SRS-660BI straps for anchorage and lateral reinforcement. All cracks were sealed, the surface was prepared, and the CFRP system was installed to restore structural integrity and prevent future movement.
